Checklist of Tasks

(Do them in this order; some have times associated. Details below.)

1. Light Candles (approx. 3:20-3:30)

There are roughly 60+ candles in jars set up on tables throughout the reception space (marked with the purple heart in the map in task #3: Direct parking).

There are 3 lighters in a banker's box labeled 14 (pictured below) under the "CAKE/SOCIAL HR SERVING" table.

Use the lighters to light the candles.

When finished, return the lighters to Box 14.

2. Set out cocktail hour food (approx. 3:30-3:40)

There are appetizer cups in the fridge (pictured below) located at the red X (pictured above).

Set them out as beautifully as possible, lol, on the left (kitchen-side) half of the "CAKE/SOCIAL HR SERVING" table indicated.

3. Direct parking (3:45-5:00)

At 3:45, take your places to direct parking. There are balloons and signs set up where people should be driving in. Stand along the path and gesture to direct them towards parking.

Guests should park in approximately the green-outlined area. Make sure that no one parks in the red-outlined area.

EXCEPTION: The caterer is coming to set up approximately 4:20-4:50. Let them pull up the reception space to unload and do what they need to do. They should be gone by the time the bridal party arrives.

If there are only 2 people, remove #3; stand in spots 1 and 2. If there is only 1 person, do your best, lol.

4. Move cones (5:00 pm)

There are cones set up at the end of the paved driveway (orange dots).

Move them all to the blue dot (or approximately) outside the reception space (marked with purple heart).

5. Move lawn games immediately after bridal party enters (approx. 5:15)

There are tic-tac-toe and cornhole game materials set up in the middle of the reception space, marked "Lawn games."

The bridal party will be announced by the DJ (to enter the reception) at approximately 5:15. ONCE HE IS FINISHED (the bride and groom have entered and made their way to their seats), then quickly/inconspicuously move the games outside and set them up in an appropriate location (as you see fit, suggestion designated with red X).
